At Outdoor Way of Living, we bring passion, experience, and a fresh perspective to landscaping. Originally from Cedar Rapids, Shane Herder has spent 12 years in the landscape industry, including five years in Colorado, where exposure to diverse terrains and design styles shaped a unique approach to outdoor spaces.
Now back in Cedar Rapids, we’re excited to redefine local landscaping by blending innovation with functionality. Specializing in hardscapes, patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, ponds, and waterfalls, we craft outdoor environments that are both stunning and practical.
Our goal is to craft outdoor spaces that are both functional and inspiring.
